Ten Years of Trongate 103: A Celebration

Join us to help celebrate the 10th anniversary of Trongate 103 – announcements and refreshments at 6pm, and the exhibition opening profiling work from some of the organisations based in T103

Trongate 103 comprises of galleries, workshops, a kinetic theatre, artists’ studios, and production spaces for the creation of art across genres, including printmaking, photography, digital media, ceramics and more. There are world-class exhibitions, educational and participatory activities for young and old alike, as well as practical workshops, talks, and performances to suit all.

Trongate 103 opened in September 2009, the outcome of several years of planning by various agencies working in partnership with the arts organisations to ensure that a vibrant arts infrastructure lies at the heart of the regeneration of the Merchant City. Housed across five floors of a B-Listed former Edwardian Warehouse building, it is home to such diverse organisations as Glasgow Independent Studio and Project Space, Glasgow Print Studio, Street Level Photoworks, Project Ability, Sharmanka Kinetic Theatre, Glasgow International, Transmission, Cafe Cossachok, GMAC Film and a number of creative industries and advocacy organisations.
