Long & short term office hire
We hire out office space on the top floor of Trongate 103 – a creative hub in the city centre, surrounded by local shops and cafes.
We offer both temporary and long term work space to small and medium sized creative companies including local filmmakers and visiting film & TV productions looking for a temporary or permanent home. Our tenants also benefit from a 20% discount on all other space hire, including the Screening Room and Training Suite, and free use of meeting space when not hired out to external clients.
Spaces range from our 89 sq m production office to smaller offices ideal for setting up your edit suite or accounts department. We provide a friendly service, which includes ready-to-go phones, broadband, photocopying and 24 hour access.
